Com la implementación de la Resolución 90/2012 de la SECRETARIA DE COMERCIO INTERIOR de la Argentina, los medidores de energia eléctrica activa a ser comercializados, con fecha posterior al 30 de septiembre de 2015, deberán cumplir con los ensayos correspondientes a la “Aprobación de Modelo”, la “Verificación Primitiva” y la “Verificación Periódica”. El presente paper muestra la importância de contar con disposiciones legales que indiquen los requisitos a ser satisfechos por los medidores de energia eléctrica.
ABSTRACT – With the implementation of Resolution 90/2012 by the Secretaria de Comercio of Argentina, all active energy meters to be comercialized after September 2015 must comply with the “type approval”, initial verification and periodic verification tests. The present paper shows the importance of having legal documents containing the requirements to be satisfied by the electricity meters.
