Abstract:
The calibration of spectrophotometers is a procedure recommended by international standards to provide quality assurance of results and traceability. Holmium oxide filters are shown as reference standards for calibrating the wavelength scale of such equipment for its intrinsic characteristics. This paper aims to assess the repeatability and drift of the filters, due to prove the holmium oxide standards, that were calibrated in the Radiometry and Photometry Laboratory (Laraf) at Inmetro, stability.
